Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offered a cozy stay, with friendly service and a great location near Luxor Temple. The rooms, although a bit dated and dark, were clean and had the essentials. The dining experience was enjoyable with some minor issues. Overall, a good value for the money.
The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to major attractions and with a great view. The rooms were impeccably clean and everything worked perfectly, although the breakfast service left a bit to be desired with half-eaten biscuits and drinks. The staff, however, was very helpful and ready to accommodate any needs.
I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! The hotel is conveniently located near Luxor Temple, Karnak Temple, and the mummification museum, making it super easy to explore the area. The service provided, especially by Mr Mustafa at the reception, was top-notch, shining like stars in helping us with everything from tours to taxi bookings. The dining experience was delightful with a buffet full of delicious hot and cold dishes, and the rooftop terrace offered a fantastic view of the city. However, the room's feature of an open shower with just a curtain meant a constantly wet bathroom, though the beds' unique art pieces were a nice touch.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were small but well-kept, and the staff was very attentive to my needs. However, being on the 4th floor with no elevator was a bit of a challenge. The location right in the souk was convenient, offering great views from the rooftop restaurant, but the alley entrance might not suit everyone's preference.
The hotel has clean and functional rooms with air conditioning, WiFi, and complimentary mineral water. The service is excellent with polite and helpful staff who arranged a guide for us to visit Luxor's important sites. The location is superb, right behind the Luxor Temple and close to tourist attractions. The dining experience is top-notch with a buffet style offering a variety of dishes. However, recent changes to the roadways have made access slightly challenging.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were clean and the restaurant offered fantastic views of Luxor Temple at night, the noise from the market and lack of windows in the small room were a downside. The staff was incredibly helpful, making our trips to attractions seamless, but the dining experience was hit or miss with just simple offerings. The central location had its perks, being close to major attractions, but the noise from the market could be a disturbance.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms with a private bath, although the open shower setup led to a constantly soaked bathroom area. The location is perfect for exploring downtown Luxor, with easy access to Luxor Temple and other attractions. The service was very kind and helpful, particularly thanks to Ahmed Omar for assisting with all my bookings.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and had a balcony with a great view of the Nile river. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff provided excellent service. However, there was a slight issue with the availability of water during my stay.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were very nice and clean, with excellent attention to customer needs by the very efficient and friendly staff. However, the design of the bathroom caused a flooding issue, which was a bit inconvenient.
The hotel offers clean rooms with a balcony and a great breakfast served by friendly staff with a beautiful view of the Nile river. However, the rooms are a bit small and have a separate shower and toilet.
The hotel is located on a small street, not on the main road, and it's really good. The rooms were clean and comfortable, albeit the toilet flooding during baths was an issue. The staff was kind enough to listen to our complaints and were very welcoming and helpful. The dining experience was OK, and the breakfast buffet was satisfactory. The location is good, close to Luxor Temple, but inside an alley. The homemade jams were amazing, and the staff was friendly. The pool area was not available due to the lack of water, a drawback during my stay.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, right in front of the Luxor Temple, and within walking distance to the corniche, Luxor Museum, and Luxor Temple. The rooms are fine with fresh towels, but they overlook an ugly rooftop full of trash from the bazaar and restaurants. The service was top-notch, with staff visiting me at my table the very first night and being so professional and nice throughout my stay. The dining experience was a delight with lots of variety, but a bit limited. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, making my stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable.
